Antibody humanization

Along its technological development programme Hu’S-Map, PX’Monoclonals will propose research contracts targeting the development of humanized antibodies through transgenic mice and molecular biology strategies (CDR-grafting). The development of fully human monoclonal antibodies produced by immortalized B lymphocytes isolated originally from seroconverted donors (serotherapy approach) will also be addressed.

Competences in terms of antigen design, development of monoclonal antibody and evaluation of their neutralizing effect may be combined to offer research programmes adressing the identification of recombinant proteins and associated neutralizing epitopes. This approach may be used to develop new vaccine candidates or neutralizing therapeutic antibodies.
